From North: If you’re visiting us from Hardin Valley, head southwest on Hardin Valley Rd toward Marietta Church Rd. Turn left onto Marietta Church Ln and follow this road to Yarnell Rd and turn right. Keep going on Yarnell Rd to Everett Rd and turn left. Follow Everett Rd over I-40 to Kingston Pike. Turn right onto Kingston Pike and head straight but slow down when you see First Farragut United Methodist Church. We are located just across the street.
From South: If you live in the south part of Knoxville, you will head north on McFee Rd as it turns into Way Station Trail. Turn left onto Kingston Pike. You will see us immediately on your left, located across the street from the First Farragut United Methodist Church.
From East: Farragut residents will want to head west on Kingston Pike. Head straight for about 3 miles, but slow down when you see First Farragut United Methodist Church on your right. We are located just across the street.
From West: From the west side of Knoxville head east on Kingston Pike. Head straight, but slow down when you see First Farragut United Methodist Church on your left. We are located just across the street.

Hearing Instrument Specialist
Michael D. Murphy was born in 1950. A native New Yorker, he holds a B.A. in Social Science, a Graduate Certificate in Social Science, and a Master’s Degree all from Fordham University. After graduating, he began volunteering in human services in New York. In 2001, Michael started his career with Beltone in central Pennsylvania. He is now a board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist for Beltone South, having attained a master and advanced Master Practitioner’s certificate. Michael has lived in New York, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. He has devoted his life to caring for the hearing impaired public. Michael has been married for 42 years, has four children, and is a committed Christian.

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. My husband and I recently took the leap and moved our family to Tennessee. We fell in love with Tennessee as soon as we came down for a visit and knew this was the place, we wanted to raise our children. During my spare time I enjoy traveling with my family and exploring Tennessee. Since joining Beltone I have felt a sense of family and a commitment to ensuring our patients receive the best customer service experience. I have enjoyed getting to know our patients as they become a part of the Beltone Family.
