From North: If you’re visiting us from Niota or Sweetwater, head south on highway 11. You will cross over Decatur Pike and keep heading south for another mile. We are located across the street from McMinn County High School on the north side of Congress Parkway.
From South: If you live in Riceville or Calhoun, you will head north on highway 11. Keep going past the Snyder Family Farm Feed & Pet store. You will notice a BP station and an Outdoor Store on your left. Slow down because we are just past the Outdoor Store in the strip mall.
From East: Mashburn and Englewood residents will want to head west on highway 39. Turn right on White St. and continue heading north to highway 11. Turn left onto Congress Parkway and continue straight for a mile. Our location is on your right side just past the Gondolier Pizza & Steak House.
From West: From Decatur head southeast on highway 30, over I-75 and past Athens Regional Park. Turn right onto Highway 11 or Congress Parkway and head southwest for about a mile. We are in the strip mall on your right-hand side.
Sara Varnell
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Sara Varnell is the Hearing Instrument Specialist at the Athens Beltone office. When you visit our office, Sara will be the person guiding your way to better hearing health. Sara is a lifelong resident of Cleveland and lives here with her husband, daughter, and son. At a young age, Sara was diagnosed with a profound hearing loss and as a result, like many of our patients, wears hearing aids as well! Sara has always had a passion for advocating for, educating, and supporting those with significant hearing losses, making her a great fit for caring for our patients.

Jean joined Beltone South in 2011 when she relocated from Sarasota, FL where she worked in Hotel/Motel management. Jean loves their patients and helping others. In her spare time she enjoys working with her church, family and her mini farm.
